Linda Windham is the Houston Area Regional Coordinator for Bridges To Life, coordinating projects at the Carole Young Medical Facility in Dickinson, the Jester 1 and Jester 3 units in Richmond, the Plane State Jail facility in Dayton, and Women Helping Ourselves-Atascocita.


In 2006, Linda met a BTL volunteer at a Rotary meeting and decided she would like to get involved. Before becoming a Regional Coordinator she volunteered for 9 years at several prisons as a small group facilitator and as a victim speaker.


In 1979 Linda‚Äôs brother was murdered by 3 men in Galveston. At 9 years of age she lost her father in a car accident involving a drunk driver.


Linda worked previously as a teacher, legal assistant, and non-profit administrator. With the exception of being a mother, Bridges To Life has been the most rewarding and transforming experience in her life.
