Connie Hilton is the Program Director for Bridges To Life as well as the Northeast Texas Regional Coordinator, coordinating projects at the Beto Unit in Palestine, the Robertson Unit in Abilene, the Allred Unit in Wichita Falls, East Texas Treatment Facility in Henderson, and the Coffield Unit in Tennessee Colony, Texas.

In 1990, Connie and her husband were the victims of a senseless crime that left her husband dead and Connie beaten, raped and left for dead. Out of this tragedy, Connie has found healing through God, family, and friends. Connie and her sister founded Voices for Victim’s Justice, an organization to help other victims, such as themselves, cope with the horrendous pain and suffering of being a victim of crime. Read about Connie's story here.

In 1999, she was introduced to John Sage. After hearing about Bridges To Life, she quickly became a part of the program. Today, she devotes her time and attention to her work with Bridges To Life.
