Attorney Dick Seltzer received his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1981 and his LL.M in Taxation from the University of Florida in 1982. He has been in private practice in Houston for more than 30 years, representing both established and start-up businesses in acquisitions and mergers, financial and tax issues, contractual matters, shareholder disputes, real estate acquisitions, and general business litigation in Texas State Courts.
